Direct install

Internal apps for staff, maintenance and partners. Install straight from here — iPhone/iPad via Apple TestFlight, Android via a signed APK. No public app store needed.

How direct install works. On iPhone/iPad, tap TestFlight — install Apple's free TestFlight app once, then accept the invite to get Kryvox and every future update automatically. On Android, tap Download APK, then allow installs from your browser when prompted. Your school's admin can request access for your email from the Operations Hub.

Good to know

Do I have to install an app?

No. Every Kryvox feature works in a normal web browser at kryvox.com. The native apps are an optional, faster experience for phones and tablets — offline-aware, push notifications, and a layout built for one hand.

Why isn't the Staff app on the App Store?

Internal team apps don't need a public listing. Distributing them directly via TestFlight and APK is faster, private to your school, and lets us ship updates the moment they're ready.

Which login do I use?

The same email and password you use on the web. Your role decides which app is right for you — students use Pilot, parents use Parent, office and management use Staff, and maintenance partners use AMO or CAMO.

Is my data safe?

Yes. The apps talk to the exact same secure Kryvox backend as the website, with the same role-based access. Nothing is stored on the device beyond what's needed to keep you signed in. See our Privacy Policy.
